Early 2023

Chuck Wendig Wayward- This is the sequel to Wanderers, too accurate to the times, taking it slow. But he has an effortless nautral voice and they are easy to digest. The Book of Accidents was my fave of his though. Something very Ray Bradbury about it, who is one of my fave authors. 

Octavia Butler Parable of the Sower- I knew the story but I knew it would hit like a ton of bricks... it has. It cuts to the bones and its too accurate. 

Charlie R Holmberg Keeper of Enchanted Rooms- Her... world...building. I'm always jealous and amazed. 

Remi K. England The One True Me and You- Just finished on 02/07/23 and I loved it! Clearly a writer i've probably met at 221b con probably and a Johnlock writer. I'm a Sherlolly but I do like sapphic pairings so I appriciated the love for femslash writers. 

Abbot Elementary- Only sitcom I stan right now. 

Lockwood & Co- I might have to read the books but I love the dark elements. The soundtrack is goth. And that slow burn. One of the best executed I've seen in awhile
